Company History

Scott LaRochelle, President of SCL Sound began working in the concert and event production industry in 1990 and started out as a free lance audio engineer. In 2004 Scott founded SCL Sound Systems, its focus “providing excellent service at a competitive price.” Originally headquartered in his own garage where he provided to local bars and clubs. SCL has rapidly expanded to its current 5000 square foot warehouse located in West Springfield, Massachusetts and now has a global presence, providing its services for events with audiences of over 20,000 people.
